PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST

Chi Doanh - CB/I Digital are seeking a highly experienced Performance marketing specialist, who plays a crucial role in developing and implementing online advertising campaigns to drive revenue and generate leads for our clients in both the US and Vietnam. Your expertise in managing various advertising platforms, optimizing campaigns, and delivering exceptional results will contribute to our clients' success.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop online advertising campaigns strategies to generate revenue or leads for clients in the US and Vietnam.
  • Implement and optimize various online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc. to maximize revenue, along with achieving the best ROI, CiR, ROAS, and CPA metrics.
  • Manage advertising campaigns across different industries such as E-commerce, Travel, Fashion, ICT, Consumer Goods, Food, Banking, etc.
  • Optimize advertising and landing pages to increase user engagement and conversions on websites.
  • Set up tracking codes like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords Conversion, Facebook Pixel for campaign optimization and management.

REQUIREMENT

Technical criteria

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in multi-channel marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ad, Google Ad, Youtube Ad, Tiktok Ad and DSP ad
  • Understanding of key metrics in digital marketing (CPC, CPA, CTR, CR, AOV, etc.).
  • Deep thinking, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn.
  • Passion for PPC and a desire to achieve a high level of expertise in PPC.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and deliver the best results for clients.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing complex campaigns is a plus.

  • Ability to lead 2-4 complex projects simultaneously.
  • Participation and success in client pitching projects.
  • Providing marketing solutions to clients to achieve project objectives and KPIs.
  • Managing client expectations, timelines, progress, budget, and deliverables.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, providing support and consultation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, especially data-driven marketing, is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, positive attitude, and energy.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
