JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are executed within scope, on schedule, and budget.
• Act as the primary client contact, cultivating strong relationships, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service.
• Lead and inspire project teams, fostering collaboration and motivation toward shared project goals.
• Implement best practices and quality controls to uphold high project standards.
• Proactively identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and promptly address issues.
• Clearly convey project status, updates, and expectations to internal teams and clients, tailoring your communication style to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new project opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support pre-sales activities.
• Skillfully manage challenging situations, conflicts, and difficult clients with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement to elevate project efficiency and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in software development or SaaS product environments.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership capabilities and a track record in team management.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) for navigating complex relationships and situations.
